実は今回英検準一級を受けまして、今週結果が返ってくるのです。しかし二次試験で簡単な英語もすぐに口から出てきませんでした。例えば男性が買い物袋を下げて乳母車を押しているという漫画の描写で詰まってしまったんですね。買い物袋（shopping bag）、乳母車を押す(wheel a baby carriage / push a pram)、といった表現が出てこなかったのです。
ということで「英語で日記を書いてみる」ことで日常生活の語彙を強化を開始します。
I went to a one-day medical exam, or complete medical check-up, or human dry dock today. I took x-ray examinations, electrocardiogram, ultrasound examination, blood pressure measurement, blood examination and so on. It was hard for me to drink barium when taking x-ray exam. During the x-ray exam, I lay in bed and the bed turned up and down many times. I had to tilt my body right and left according to the docter's order. And then a robot arm appeared and pushed around my stomach! I almost laughed.
