見事に朝まで寝てしまいました。4月から放送時間も遅くなり
夜の勉強はつらくなりました。

今日火曜日に、久しぶりにビジ英の勉強会に行きました。
たまには勉強会も良いですね。

Squarely means directly or in the middle, rather than
indirectly or at an angle.

──────────────────────────────
Something that is horrendous is very unpleasant or shocking.

「考案する、設計する」だと悪い意味は含まれていません。
もちろんこういう意味もあるのですが、ビニエットでの使われ方
からも、このcontriveは悪い意味での「もくろむ」が適している
と思います。
