昨日書店で「医師がすすめるウオーキング」という
本を買いました。生活習慣病にはウォーキングが良い
とかかれてあります。人間ドックでもらう検査結果の
数字の見方がためになります。
ウォーキングが身体に良いとはわかっていてもなかなか
続かないそうです。そこで、ウォーキングを続けるための
方法も色々載っていて、記録をつけることが効果的とあります。
英語学習と同じですね。
