ミニシリーズ　＜健康について＞

ウォーキングの記録といえば万歩計。
早速、楽天でオムロンの万歩計を注文しました。
まだ届いていないのですが、かばんに入れても動作する
という優れもの。
今よりプラス１０００歩を目標に歩いてみたい、
そんな気持ちです。
