日本企業の「窓口」システムについて書かれています。
これは外国企業にはないみたいですね。
一例として、日本側の窓口担当の人が海外企業側の6人の
別々の専門家と対応せざるを得ず、混乱＆過労気味でかわ
いそうだったということがあったそうです。
窓口って日本式だったのですね。
窓口はcontact personとは違うんですかね。
私の経験ではcontact personは誰それでってことで、両社で
決めていましたけど。
