かなり以前より上記のPodcastを聞いています。
今週は、ヒューレットパッカード会長のマーク ハード氏への
インタビューの時の話を編集長がしていました。
ＨＰ社はパソコンやプリンタなどのハードウェアで業績を
伸ばしていることから、「ハードさんだけにハードで稼いでいる
わけですね」というジョークを編集長がしたそうですが、
あまり受けなかったそうです。
それもそのはず、Mark Hurdのハードとhardwareのハードは
発音が違うので、アメリカ人にはジョークにならないのでは？
と密かに思いました。
