前回のテーマ、Pitfalls of Multitaskingの話です。
これまで私は仕事の途中で割り込みが入るとついそれを処理
してしまうことが多かったように思います。
例えば、何か作業をしているときに、電子メールが届くと
そのメールをつい読んでしまうのです。
作業は分割され、全体の効率は落ちていたに違いありません。
集中力が落ちてきているのでしょうか。
このビニエットを読んで、これからは一つの作業を継続して
やっつけていきたいと思うようになりました。
